5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, you are asked to choose. If you decline, only strictly necessary functionality runs and no measurement or advertising identifiers are set.
If you accept, we may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads or Meta advertising tags to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries. These services may set cookies and process your IP address and device or browser information. We use Google Consent Mode, so these tools are told whether you consented.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will cause the choice to be requested again.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Talent network profiles: up to 24 months from submission or your last contact with us, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
- Records relating to an agreed project: for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: per the retention period configured in the analytics provider.
7. International transfers
We operate internationally and our providers are largely based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an applicable adequacy decision.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and
- complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are in California, you may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any right, email hello@scalewithlearners.com. We will respond within the time limit that applies to your request, normally one month.
9. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in our hosting provider's systems, with access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send confidential or customer data through these forms.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and for adults in or entering postgraduate education. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
